Pros
We get good benefits and bonus. We also get paid well for what we do. Not as much as we use to since the economy went down, but still better than a lot of jobs out there.
Cons
We get paid well for what we do, however lately, it seem more about sales and profit and how well you perform at your job that determines whether you get fired or not. It is all about the numbers and metrics instead of providing the best solution for the customer. It is hard to move up in the company. And the job is extremely stressful because your metrics and sales numbers are always being evaluated.
