      Pros

      The benfits aren't bad. They keep my son and I healthy and I don't have to worry about coverage. They used to be the best; however, the lowest bidder won this year. So, they are average now. Nothing spectacular. Love the 401k plan. Matching up to 6%. My peers are great.

      Cons

      If you call out because you or your child is sick, you get some push back. IE, are you sure you cannot find someone else to watch them? To me, my family comes first and for most. Yes, VZW customers pay my bills, but I will choose my family over anything else. That is no matter if you work at a store or call center. I did both.

      Very Depressing place to work at right now. The dept is in a free fall.

      - The Campus has a gym. - Pretty good benefits. - If don't feel like working, it's a good place.

      Cons

      - Horrible middle management. - Horrible senior management. - You must be right clique to get promoted. . - The promotions are never advertised or competed. - Too many silos. - Management only cares about bottom line, not quality.

      Pros

      Good/competitive benefits (days off, vacation). Work/Experience with latest communications technologies. Some management considerate about working from home and understanding personal emergencies.

      Cons

      Very few positions to move up. Layoffs are a integral part of the day and occur on a very recurring frequency.
