      Good pay compared to other jobs at my level of experience and education at the time

      Cons

      Upper level Leadership were incompetent morons that constantly used the threat of losing your job as a motivator to sale more plans. Constantly changed the score card to the point where literally every employee from our entire district was on a final and they constantly moved around employees and managers from one store to the other with only 24 hr notice. I almost felt like we were cattle being hurled from one barn to the next with little regard for where we lived and how much more of a commute we would have to make.

      Pros

      Everyone is fairly professional without being too stuffy. Sometimes things are slowed because of bureaucracy of large organization. Good benefits. Good in-house training....poor on obtaining training outside of the organization.

      Excellent compensation, benefits, and opportunities for success

      Cons

      Quota requirements are much higher than the average wireless company. Although compensation from sales pays higher, the minimum goal requirements are at the level that few are able to consistently benefit from the minimum sales quota expectations. Mgmt is decent, but at times the methodology can be rediculous in determining who is promoted.
