Pros

Training, VZW will train you until you cannot see straight. They want every employee to know their product. They do truly believe in customer service and pour the resources into the system to support that. They put BILLIONS of dollars into their infrastructure to have the number one product.

Cons

Regions and areas are run like personal thiefdoms, so examine who your regional and district managers are before taking a job there. Don't hang your hat on a local store manager as they are rotated or terminated on a regular basis. Don't take on a management rol unless you are prepared to be scrutinized by everyone above and below you.

Pros

The health benefits and the 401k match are good in addition to the yearly bonus. There are many job opportunities if you work in the Basking Ridge location.

Cons

The location of the head quarters in Basking Ridge makes it difficult for young employees to live close to work due to the high cost of living therefore commutes are rather long for most employees.
