Pros

Great benefits, just had a baby and it cost us one $15 copay. Compensation is great, have made life changing money since coming.

Cons

Training is poor, they spend a lot of man hours doing training and thats what gets them credit for being a "top training company" but they really don't spend quality time with people when they are hired or developing them. Kinda just get thrown into the fire. Management is not very people oriented. Not caring of peoples personal situations or what goes on in their lives. Do not show compassion or empathy.

Pros

Vacation time plus the 7 days of Floating Holidays. Also the 401K matching plus the 401K bonus. Great place to work with a family.

Cons

Hardly any sick time. You can disect statistics given out by HR for the truth. Sallary is lagging. Growth and promotions are stagnant since the telecom bust.
