      Great money compared to other companies, but still was under paid given they did not allow us to just be off two days a week.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Upper management does not respect your time off. They even called when you are on vacation. Some upper leadership is very condescending and unappreciative. Lots of bullying and inappropriate comments made. Could be an HR nightmare. Force specific schedules based on “policy” but nothing in writing and actually disgruntled employees more to not be able to control their schedules. Very micro managed. Women are not promoted easily due to the Good Ol’ Boys’ Club mentality. Actually the women leadership programs were often made fun of by the male employees and not supported at all. Very hard to get out of retail even when you are qualified with Undergraduate degrees and Graduate Degrees.

      New commission structure really hard to get paid, promote the wrong people is not about promoting knowledgeable people is about people who management likes. Company don’t care any more about integrity.
