      Best compensation package in the telecom industry. Benefits best I've experienced at an employer. Amazing perks and employee discounts. Excellent training resources.

      Cons

      High pressure culture. Excessive busywork prevents people from getting anything done. Counter-productive overhead includes: heavy focus on creating slides and decks, too many meetings, too much knee-jerk management decision-making.
