Pros

401k, Insurence, and college assistance are pretty great. Weekends off and get off at 6pm in the business channel which allows for work/life balance.

Cons

Unattainable quotas, upper management are out of touch with middle/lower position employees. Company more worried about reports then actual selling results.

Pros

The benefits as far as the medical are great.

Cons

Employees come last. The overall pay structure continues to change and all in Verizon favor while increasing quotas and making it harder and harder to hit goals. Leadership are unrealistic and not concerned with employees, but eager to move up and burn the employees out.
