Pros

- Great benefits - Competitive Pay - Advancement opportunities if you are willing to relocate

Cons

- Sales goals can be quite unrealistic, depending on the area you are in - Company is becoming less competitive in an increasingly competitive market - "It is what it is" attitude, threats of layoffs, general negative atmosphere at times.

Pros

Great Benifits such as medical, dental, vision, full pay short term and half off cell phone bill. Pay is great, above local and national averages for equivalent positions ms at other companies.

Cons

High stress. Difficult to meet quotas. “ Hero to Zero” mentality. Win an award one month and next month be on write up. Many different products you have so sell or face disciplinary steps. Several products launched half baked and you are still expected to sell. Local management has their hands tied on policies. Must know someone and be willing to relocate for advancement. Micromanagement very common.
