Cons
-Management doesn't do anything to help only micromanage -Metrics are very difficult to meet -SYSTEMS SUCK! THEYRE SO OUTDATED IT HURTS -lost sales due to system issues -Everything is timed (bathroom break, time on and off phones) -Training was good but doesn't touch on the real day to day experiences of the actual job - Mostly Rude, Rude, Rudeeeeee! customers on the phones -Shift bids are a nightmare, you could be stuck with a crappy shift schedule due to "seniority" taking all the good shift times, if you're new be prepared to work less than ideal hours/ days -Clocking out "on time" is seen as a bad thing??? -Lots of online training youll never see an end to
