Pros

Decent base pay, good healthcare benefits, 50% service discount via employee phone program, 6% 401k matching contribution, benefits on your first day of work.

Cons

Crazy quotas and ridiculously metrics obsessed. What you're being judged on and how can change from one day to the next. Most of the meetings are pointless time wasters. Ethics shift with "needs of the business." Micromanagement, micromanagement, micromanagement!

Pros

Benefits start the day you do. Plenty of vacation days/sick time. Ability to flex your time once a month in the event of an emergency.

Cons

Horrible management. They lead you in by telling you there's no selling involved then force you to sell products on every call. They have monthly numbers you have to reach, some of which are impossible unless you force a customer to take something they don't want. The company claims they're all about integrity and ethics, but I saw a lot of unethical behavior going on.
