      One upside, and many downsides

      Pros

      Despite all the faults of the company, it certainly does pay well and the benefits are also good.

      Cons

      I'm not even sure where to begin. It's probably the most abusive and hostile management culture someone could possibly work in. Upper-middle management actually impose write-up and disciplinary quotas on supervisors and, under threat of terminating the supervisor, will insist they do anything to meet them. After leaving, I even ran into my former supervisor, who cried and confessed that he did, indeed, steal tools from my truck overnight in order to prevent me from being able to perform my job so he could discipline me and meet his quota. Like I said, the pay and benefits are really the only upsides.

      Horrible greedy company to work for

      Pros

      The only pros were my co-workers. They were awesome.

      Cons

      I left because I compared my sales and commissions from 2014 to the first half of 2015 and I was selling a third more to make a third less. They only promote managers that they know will just do what they say and never stick up for their direct employees. Verizon keeps getting more money and more money and they continue to screw over there employees evey way they can.

      Salary and benefits are very good. People do their best to get the job done and satisfy customers demands on time.

      Cons

      Exceptionally long hours and highly stressful work environment. Employees constantly concerned about losing jobs. Little help or support from upper management. Culture of fear.
