Pros

Income and Benefits, 401K, Retirement

Cons

Management verbally abusive, unrealistic goals, more concerned with sales then customer service, could care less if your customer if happy with their customer service more interested in what you sold them while they were calling in to complain about the charges slammed on their bill. Trained one way in training, but once on floor taking calls, different expectations. Local management lacked integrity

Pros

Benefits was what kept me working at Vzw for such a long period of time. Work-life balance it is all up the individual, it can be stressful at time but vzw do pay you well. There are lots of movement in the leadership roles if one is willing to relocate in a new working environment.

Cons

Company values has shifted as I was parting my way from customer focus to performance focus. Keep it mind. Vzw has always been a numbers driven company. "It is business as usual." Therefore, be prepare to do the work.
