Pros

Salary, commission structure and health benefits. Above average pay and benefits. Great co workers.

Cons

Stress level is high. I am not sure the same could be said for all Verizon contact centers. Management has a tendency to bring down morale and micro manage. They have lost many good employees due to these issues.

Pros

The pay is great and the benefits.

Cons

They want you to be a robot with extreme expectations. The computer systems are constantly having issues making it very hard to meet your stats or help the customer when everything you do is on the computer. Customers are irate due to we have no specialists anymore for ex Billing specialist, Orders specialis Tv specialist Phn specialist or Data specialist. Due to this the customer has to talk to several reps before someone finealy takes ownership of the call thus making the customer extremely irate.
