Pros

Benefits, though have continued to decline since 2006, are still better than most companies.

Cons

Repeated layoffs. Decline in benefits. Management forces stack ranking of employees for next round of layoffs, which pits all levels of the organization against each other for survival. Not conducive to a team environment. Employees do not have a voice for concerns for fear of being rated with a negative attitude. Field employees are stretched way too thin, causing the one best network to suffer tremendously in reliability. Company is not investing in the network or employees the way they once did. Leadership actually tells "good luck finding employment elsewhere making what you are currently making here." Several ethical/integrity issues that I will not disclose.
