Pros

Compensation and Benefits future advancement

Cons

Management in Chicago churn and burn store managers even if the poor performance is not the fault of the store manager. Its all about the numbers. skip level meetings prove to be counterproductive.

Pros

Great benefits, "some" opportunity for advancement, alright work / life balance as long as you are not in a management position.

Cons

Any promotion above store level management is based on the buddy system. Most District Managers are clueless and know how to talk the talk, but when it comes down to it, they don't care aobut their people.
