No 365 Review of Manager

Pros

I worked here for 13 years. Was okay to start. Decent benefits, low pay.

Cons

For the last few years, I got the worst micro-manager who was disrespectful and horrible to work with. I know now I should have reported him to HR but didn't want to make waves so spoke about it with department heads and got no support. Basically even though managing people is about 75% of a manager's responsibility the team has no say when a manager doesn't manage.
