Pros
Reasonable salary, good people with which to work.
Cons
Constant drain of jobs to India. Cheap - they removed coffee as a work perk, for example. Always willing to lay off engineers and export the job to India - which screws up the delivery of product, both in time and quality (intern engineers may hire in India at a 5to1 ratio, but they can't perform well enough to make up the difference).
