The company is privately owned so it does not get pushed around by woke initiatives. Very hard-working people with good values. Leadership makes responsible decisions, and company is very successful.
Cons
The pay is generally not quite as competitive as some other places. Small town location 45 minutes away from Des Moines is not desirable for many job-seekers.

I've been working there for quite a few years, and have had many opportunities for advancement as well as unique projects that have expanded my knowledge of embedded systems.
