My team and manager have been very supportive. They go the extra mile to teach me new skills and connect me to different areas of the business. The Vermeer family is very generous with bonuses and profit sharing and the free clinic has saved me a ton of money.

Cons

Room for growth, opportunity to specialize on the retail side, salary plus commision provides good motivation to perform while allowing you to cover personal expenses during slower months, local support is excellent

as exepected with sales, work loads can be high during peak seasons
