Pros

- Solid medical benefits - high-performing ESOP - Wellness programs including full on-site gym, low cost Edge membership, on-site group classes with Edge instructors, team sports - Book groups - Team outings - Feels like a second family if you are in the right area of the company - good hard work is rewarded - Engineering and IT departments value their employees. Cons

Entry level, non-specialized, "data analyst" jobs are brutal - lots to learn in order to feel productive. You are not valued until you are productive.
