The "working in the office together" culture is valued incredibly highly as VIP strives to be a Vermont-based company. There isn't a lot of WFH flexibility.
There is constant change, which is the price of steady growth and a healthy retirement long term.
There are inter-departmental tribalism which can be a true test of patience.
The training programs are lacking. Working at VIP means learning how to figure out how things on your own/with your team more often than not.
