Pros

Wide range of products and applications - you'll never be bored! Opportunities for growth Great focus on customer and employee success ESOP - Employee Stock Ownership Program!

Cons

Learning curve may be tough for some positions, but very rewarding as proficiency increases Growing not just as a business, but organization-wise as well - there's an opportunity to help influence things as they happen People may balk about base salary, which by itself may be low when you compare to other regions and even some other companies in the region. But when you take into account the other benefits (ESOP, on-site daycare, etc) the compensation jumps up. So would recommend thinking about what's important to you in that regard and take the other benefits heavily into consideration.
