Pros

The technology works. The technology is adaptable. This allows users to change settings, which can increase ticketing (revenues).

Cons

Litigious and dishonest. The person who hired me was a Sr. Director reporting to the CEO. The recruiting firm hired to find me was also secretly hired to replace my boss. My boss was fired within 30 days after I was hired and I was fired some 60 days later. Before being hired, I was told I'd be expected to fire my entire staff and replace them with new technologies and educated professionals. Executives never released funding required to implement the new technologies, so the staff was not let go, and I was shown the door.

HTA has an energetic work environment with employees who work together as a team and are not afraid to ask questions to help solve problems. Everyone is friendly and willing to teach employees about the company. The company offers great benefits.

Cons

HTA could help employees gain more experience and understanding of the company by allowing employees to attend more meetings where management discusses important business decisions.

Flexible schedule, supervisors are helpful, promotions and rewards are awsome.

Cons

Customers and managers ask questions that i cant answer and i feel embarresed because all i do is install and know nothing else. I wish i knew more about the process of everything.
