Pros

Job is fairly simple and I don't feel overworked. Installing, auditing, removing EZ pass from rental cars, good work environment if you don't mind being outside. Management is very helpful and easy to get along with. Company is forward thinking and progressive. Many perks and benefits like zappos gift cards for christmas, birthday and work anniversary. I get some exercise while walking around from car to car. Great to be outside during nice weather.

Cons

When it's cold in the winter, it's not always easy to be outside working.

Pros

It is a paying job There are some amazing people that work at this company. You will make some great friends. Some good ideas and projects are discussed and sometimes properly implemented. Medical/Dental/Vision/401K available The building is new-ish and large. Building is located in Mesa (if you live near that area this is a pro) Building is open 24/7 so you can work anytime.

Cons

No work/life balance Expected to get EVERYTHING done regardless of what it will take. Never do anything without request/decision in writing, management will stab you in the back to save themselves. A lot of lies between management and employees. Money is the only thing that upper management (from managers to CEO) cares about. The employees are just slave labor. There is a "Just get it done" attitude. Even if you need to build trash.

Verra Mobility Response

Thank you for your input; it appears you worked at Verra Mobility for some time, so thank you for your contribution over those many years. I can certainly appreciate your perspective, and given our growth; we have all had to push hard to deliver against our goals. I think any growing tech company would have the same level of challenge. I believe that Verra Mobility is a company that has a purpose beyond money. We have a stated purpose to “partner with local community groups who focus on helping children who are sick, hungry or un-safe”. Over the last year, we have contributed both volunteer hours and money to great partners like Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. We are fully committed to seeing positive change for these children and hope to grow our impact as we grow our business. I wish you the greatest of success in your new career venture.

Pros

The only real pro was that I got offered the position minutes after being interviewed. Other than that, thanks for not blocking Netflix from the computer.

Cons

This company is fraudulent. If you have any moral integrity at all, you will catch on quickly. All of the bad reviews are accurate and the positive reviews are COMPLETELY fabricated by HR. Employees are also in “cliques.” Don’t give anyone a reason to dislike you because the entire office will turn on you and you will be fired. I’ve seen it happen. Supervisors hang out and do nothing in their office while the rest sit at a desk and explain a complete scam to unsuspecting and angry customers. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL. The turnaround in this place is insane. People don’t work here that long.
