I agree that both our benefits and many other aspects of our business have improved over the past 2 years during your tenure. We are making thoughtful investments into our business to help make employee lives simpler so they can focus on delivering results for our customers. Recent employee feedback validates the efficacy of our investments as our engagement score is up to 77% which is industry leading. There is still much to do, but we are making great strides based in great part to the strategy that was set in place by our Chief People Officer and skillfully executed by her team. I clearly disagree with your assertion about our CPO and look at the measurable results of engagement and other key areas of cultural impact such as manager effectiveness, recognition and rewards as all part of her strategy which is helping all employees around the globe. Those transformational results are not achieved without the deft qualities of leadership – vision, purpose, integrity, follow through, care and concern for others and accountability our CPO exudes at the highest level. Moreover, the team is doing a great job on the hiring to fulfill all the work we are doing as part of our transformation as a company.
