      Pros

      It's an exciting time to work at Verra Mobility for those who embrace an environment of change and transformation. As a newly minted member of the Nasdaq, expectations, and focus on performance are high but equally balanced with a focus on employee engagement.

      Cons

      I haven't come across any cons of working for Verra Mobility which couldn't be overcome with a quick conversation with a colleague.

      Pros

      I love working at Verra Mobility -- for the first time in my life, I actually look forward to coming to the office to deal with interesting business issues and interact with a team of dynamic, smart, fun and supportive people. Senior management is invested in my personal and professional development. Compensation and benefits are excellent. I am inspired every day to be my best.

      Cons

      There is no covered parking in Mesa.

      Pros

      Individual contributions are recognized and valued, but teamwork is also emphasized. There is a "can do" attitude across the company, which has allowed the company to enjoy rapid growth and success. Expectations are high, but not unreasonable. There is an informal, collegial atmosphere, and most employees seem happy to be there on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Change is a constant! If you need predictability and consistency, this may not be the place for you. "We've always done it this way" is not an acceptable answer; you have to be willing to adapt.
