      Growing in the Right Directions

      Pros

      It feels like we're at the ground level of building something incredible - a lot of things throughout the company are being redesigned and redeveloped to ensure we deliver on our Purpose (to create smart mobility solutions that enable the world to move safely and easily) and our Promise (to harness the mobility ecosystem to solve our customers' most complex challenges with simple, seamless solutions). We are bringing on roles to strengthen the employee experience that haven't existed at the company before, and we're hiring leaders all across the company who are major influencers in their various industries and disciplines - it's really an exciting time to be here and be involved in the growth and transitions. Also, the company performs really well and it's rewarding to work somewhere that "walks its walk" in terms of hitting goals and execution excellence.

      Cons

      Going through transitions as large as mergers, acquisitions and a rebrand can bring a lot of uncertainty and change at ANY company, so of course, it exists here. Unfortunately, some of my coworkers are more frustrated by it than encouraged and excited by it, which can make it hard for those of us who want to experience this evolution in a more positive environment. But I think that as the company continues to grow, as new systems and processes are put into place, as the new culture begins to flourish, and as we continue to deliver our Purpose and Promise, those uncertainties will start to dissipate. It just takes time and patience - these types of evolutions can't happen overnight.

      Beware, where careers come to die

      Pros

      New building, security guard is friendly. Nice location for food options for lunch. Employees encouraged to write positive reviews and town halls are generally pretty well orchestrated. Great company to learn by example of others on how to build skills to manage up if you are able to be part of the scene. Pay is generally very good for AZ.

      Cons

      Failed leadership team from other companies land here to attempt again with . No identity, just Private Equity firm changing things as they rightfully should be but legacy ATS leadership lacks critical thinking and more concerned about themselves. Sinking ships often lead to rats leading unfortunately anywhere but this is the gold standard.

      Same old story, the employees who just say "Yes" all the time are the ones promoted leaving the employees that do the work frustrated with no direction.
