In the three years I was with the company there were three layoffs. It is important to point out that according to the CEO the company was posting record profits the entire term of my employment. The benefits are horrible for a company of their size. PTO and paid holidays are well below average. Salaries are all over the map. Constant reorganization and shuffling people from project to project makes for constant chaos. The lack of technical expertise in the business analysis and project management teams is truly hilarious. In short, look elsewhere for employment the job market for tech in Phoenix is very bullish.

The executive leadership team lies. No one seems to be experienced at their jobs but since they may so low they can’t get anyone worthy. The “People Department” has so much turnover and everyone just ignores it. The few people who were remaining were a joke. They somehow only keep the leaders who are not at all progressive in their thinking. When you go in to interview they’ll acknowledge the poor reviews here but will blow them off. They’ll tell you how only the disgruntled write reviews and that the culture is changing. It’s not. RUN from here.
