Pros

There aren't much pros in that category unless you are in the inner circle of the Senior Officers, or you look good for PR purposes or you will help the company meet a social criteria.

Cons

- Lots of Cronyism - Incompetent people in positions they should not be - A lot of bad decisions and bad practices - High turnover

Pros

Great coworkers who genuinely care about doing a job well done.

Cons

Too many executives and not enough workers. Unrealistic timelines with company complexity. Worked harder than ever the past 2 years due to Covid layoffs and running very lean No appreciation Small gift cards instead of bonuses (10,15,20 dollars)
