Pros

They have decent benefits but a performance bonus to reward your work is not one of them, unless you’re in a Director position and above.

Cons

They practice constructive dismissal to avoid paying out severance. Leadership is allowed to be disrespectful to employees with no repercussions. Shady profit model. No performance bonus unless you’re director-level and above. No genuine commitment with the community. It is a private equity funded company, so will overwork you (nights and weekends) to keep an extremely lean overhead: profit is its mission. Poor operations but make it up with strong publicity and marketing presence. Except senior leadership positions being shuffled around, I did not know of anyone being promoted.
