Great colleagues, employees genuinely doing their best to serve the clients, often under difficult circumstances and in the state of uncertainty. Decent compensation and benefits package. Good work-life balance, including remote work option.

Cons

Constant changes with little or no direction from the top. Employees are often left to figure out how to do their job after poorly thought-out decisions have been made at the top. Not a lot of opportunities for career development/growth.
