Pros

Greater leadership! Your boss and coworkers genuinely care for you and support your growth. There is flexibility and guidance when you need it. All the team members are always there to support one another when needed. Leadership provides all the necessary resources to succeed.

Cons

There aren’t really any cons. There is limited vacation time. I would recommend they increase vacation time. Else the company is great and I really enjoy working here.

Pros

You are unionized apon being hired. The vision, dental, life-insurance, short-term & long-term disability is all free. The only benefit that gets taken from your check is your health insurance premiums but the benefits are outstanding. Their is tons of room for advancement in the company. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, bi-weekly pay.

Cons

Their training program is not long enough or immersive enough to really get a good grasp on what you're supposed to be doing before you start taking real calls.
