The company is extremely unorganized. Ways to improve is unwelcomed from their employees. Management will allow co-workers to not work, and the weight of the workload will fall on you. They have many dishonest employees. Your complaints to management regarding co-workers being dishonest will fall on death ears. Management will do nothing about it.
