Pros

WFH is the only PRO of working with VH

Cons

This place DOESN'T care about the Talent. They would fire any resource in a heartbeat. Don't take my words for it, do your own research. I have seen amazing resources let go of just like that. On an average most of resources has their boss changed after every 7 to 8 months. (for example just search how many CIOs have been there in past 6 years)

Pros

Vision benefits, choosing your own schedule every quarter.

Cons

Pay too low for company expectations, being micromanaged on a daily basis, company listens to you even when you are not actively on a call, if you do not meet their 96% metrics for the month every month they will terminate employment without actively trying to help you improve.
