Management is all over the place with consultants running the show while management is just looking to win big and head out. You have people trying to run the place from Texas poking their nose in everything. New leadership that runs the place like a military base and consultants who if you unfolded the whole story are just saving their assess and manipulating the organization like a chess match. Can’t trust management and its office politics is just insane from San Antonio to Baltimore.
