Pros

- No delay in payment - Actual Company - Totally remote - Has a bonus after you join

Cons

Chaotic environment. Manager repeatedly tells you the situation was pretty bad with so many unsolved tickets. You will be thrown into the field with a little like 2-3 weeks of training that doesn't mean anything. Each and every week your manager will add more and doesn't understand each ticket is different and some of the tickets are hard to solve. For big clients they arrange a meeting with client. But the manager has no idea about the product, they got very few experienced employer who are very busy and can't help you. By the time you solve one its already too late. There is zero documentation on their software called everest's code. No api, you are supposed to work with database with no documentation. They want you as a package but doesn't understand that a software developer have no idea over major business and accounting terms. Manager or anyone, doesn't have any idea how the business logic works inside their software. Instead of a well documentation how you have build a plugin, you are supposed to talk with clients, make the documentation and make the plugin. WOW. There is an woman who is supposed to help you through documentation process but she doesn't. After i joined my fellow devs started to disappear. Without understanding the fact that a new guy barely works with his own tickets my manager put all of the other's tickets to mine. In a nutshell, in this company manager tries to do the job, save the job, without understanding the job. Very limited communication.

Pros

Very smart people overall work there, and many are quite supportive, some remain good friends, and still work there. Although our team was separated, with some in Europe, the States, and Latin America, we were able to stay organized

Cons

Disjointed management, often conflicting across departments. Very aggressive on the pricing they offered existing customers, and cheap on the pricing for companies they wanted to buy.
