Pros

I absolutely love the people I work with. I have been very fortunate to move up based on perseverance, drive and a little bit of luck. If you are not a team player, this is not the company for you. While in a production environment naturally there are weekly goals for each client. Production goals are carefully monitored and even changed if need be based on trends. You are ultimately responsible for your success at Verscend. Being remote in itself a privilege but somehow people still complain about not feeling included. If you want more of an office feel, you should choose to be in an office. While management cannot always communicate daily with staff, Team Leads do the best they can to keep everyone in the loop of trainings, new directives and demands based on line of business. Coders have a plethora of information at their fingertips to help them be independent successful employees. Fortunate for me, I was hired in a blitz of onboarding and I was able to succeed with no previous experience but a CPC. Don't always read the negatives here, constructive criticism is always needed but positivity will always get you further.

Cons

Moving offices seems unnecessary and very expensive.
