Excellent training and pay and benefits from day 1. Team leads and QAs are really there to help. Resources at your fingertips. Production and quality are told to you and on your weekly tracker.

Cons

More inclusion of the remote coders in company events.

It has been different then any coding I have done.

Pros

PTO is great . Good benefit package. Remote access works well for me. IT is always there to help.

Cons

Remote coders just have a more flexible schedule. Should be easier to move to a more rewarding position. Should have incentive bonuses for keeping up with accruacy and production.
