Pros

401k match is good but has vesting schedule. HSA match is good.

Cons

Company culture is toxic. I'd never recommend working here. For a multi-milliondollar non-profit, you don't pay your phlebotomy department enough but management and above are well compensated. PTO sucks since it's accrued. People don't greet you when they see you which explains the weak company culture. Benefits are average.
