Pros
You can get the experience if they have enough trainers to train you properly and you are making a difference to the community
Cons
Short staffed, management is picked by friendship not but qualifications, DRAMA, if you’re on mobiles, make you drive in harsh conditions that are far out, the company prioritizes the donation above anything else. Phlebotomist to donor ratio is about 6:1. If a donor complains about you, they believe the donor and you get punished without them knowing your side of the story, one manager made me pick up an extra shift in a week and said if I didn’t, she would, and if I didn’t show it was an occurrence, I was initially denied a transfer because I questioned their mask policy back in 2020(in the email they said they were open to questions and concerns, but when I asked, I got backlash and labeled as a “rebel”.)
