Pros

Great Pay. Great Mission. Served the community. Great benefits. I loved what I did and looked forward to go to the majority of the time.

Cons

High turnover. HR not very supportive to discipline problematic employees and slow as molasses to get things done. Leadership very weak and disorganized. Needs more structure and strong leadership.

It is a very rewarding job given what we do, I love what the company stand for Good benefits, and awesome co-workers. the pay (while even getting a pay-cut) really isn't bad

Cons

management: I think the problem stems from higher management and trickles down to supervisors, but communication is not very good and sometimes necessary things get overlooked even when presented in a professional manner if you weren't a supervisor or manager you recently got a pay-cut (out of the blue)...some more then others.
