Great group of people, very passionate about the work and research that they do.

Cons

Long training process that sort of starts in the middle. Hard to get a grasp of what exactly your role is until the end of the training exercises and even then it was a little confusing as to the proper order of the days events.

Great people work here. There is a lot of synergy with the surrounding hospitals and the medical college. They have very deep pockets.

Cons

The culture here is fear, fear and negativity. There is just enough unprofessionalism and inappropriate behavior from management to interfere with productivity and good strong science.
