Coworkers are the most amazing people to work with, job feels important and fulfilling, pay is pretty good, benefits are great, although we did just change med/dental and it's pretty much garbage now.

Cons

Virtually none of management deserves to be in management or know how to properly manage staff. Not a lot of follow through, little communication. Feels like no one cares about employees anymore. Problems that directly affect life (paycheck, job security, issues with benefits) make you feel like a nuisance and not a person. Major restructures 1-2 times a year. People continuously lose their jobs.

Experience, and rhe opportunity to help save lives. Weekend premiums and very nice co workers. Free snacks are also a plus.

Cons

Physical labor and schedules. The budget cuts are also a con, $600 / week is not worth all of the troubles.
