Job itself is easy and rewarding, you gain experience free parking Benefits are okay Some of the people are nice
Cons
Horrible/incompetent management There is no organization, structure or morality, higher ups would rather people leave if they are unhappy than to try to fix the culture and environment Blatant favoritism Complaints are constantly ignored Culture is negative and depressing, HR is unsupportive and does not make determinations with fairness. If there is a situation where someone spreads a rumor about you or is combative with you HR will write you up without a proper investigation. Negligent and people with undeniable bad character and work ethics continue to work there with no consequences yet actual good employees are largely ignored or criticized over minor issues Often times we don’t have enough resources to do the job Overall negativity/gossiping/forming cliques is encouraged Pay is very low and bonuses are small and heavily taxed, my coworker has been here in the same position over 5 years and still isn’t making $20/hr You’ll be told you didn’t get a higher position bc you need more experience/career development but really it’s because of personal reasons or bc it would be too expensive to pay you/essentially no opportunities for career growth There is no appreciation besides occasional pizza parties, ten dollar gift cards and the heavily taxed “bonus”
