Long shift, inconsistent schedule, low pay, they promise to promote fast but they are extremely bias in regards to promotions. They base promotions on how well you kiss up to management and not your actual work ethic. If you don’t get along with shady coworkers they will band together do either get you fired or hold back your promotion. You can come in and work as hard as you want. If management doesn’t like you personally you won’t move up.

Cons

Many. The company probably runs the corporate side better than the healthcare side, even though it is a blood company. Departments do not communicate with one another, and the non-medical workers have no knowledge in blood biology in general. Marketing does not express the risks and requirements of blood donating, just the dire need with many, many emails.
