You get Health insurance and vacation days as soon as hired.

Cons

If you become a driver your pay goes up a couple dollars and the work load goes up 5x as much. The team leads are overworked, things get very stressful and definitely not a good job if you have children your schedule will never stay the same the hours are crazy when versiti took over the company for even worst. Many new hires are lazy and cant adequately do their job. No point in trying to speak with mgmt, they dont care it is all about the money in their pocket, when they do nothing. Very diverse group of people that work here and also very judgemental people.
