      Pros

      Fun place to work, social environment. Nature of work can be rewarding and intellectually stimulating. Employees are smart and energetic. Collaborative work environment. Commitment to high quality. Constantly evolving to adapt to changing needs. Usually surrounded by very intelligent people who contribute well. Good pay and benefits = happy employees. Cafeteria people are cool.

      Cons

      Office politics. Need to clean house of good old boys. I expected more thought leadership here and just didn't see it.

      You do not need to pay for a parking space or public transportation pass. The benefit and compensation are OK.
