Cons

Definitely a side hustle structure. Very difficult to make $ first year or two... soo much driving and time. At peak of business, I was only on track to make less than $40k that year. When it says estimated salary is $60-$350k on the job sites, this is realistic after building a book after 2 years of business, or if you're a territory manager. This is 1099.

It's a grind to get started with new territory, Most active hours are between 2-6pm. 1099 so no benefits
