Pros

If you’re a self starter and appreciate work autonomy to get results the best way you see fit, this is the company for you. The company culture is great with a bunch of driven professionals from all walks of life with a common goal - to help our customers. The CEO is very supportive and approachable but there is no micromanagement. It’s a younger company so they are open to ideas of improvement.

Cons

If you’re not comfortable setting up your own workflows, or need a 9 to 5 with benefits, then there might be a better fit out there for you.
